1. Free Trial
We offer a free 24-hour trial with no credit card required. You'll get full access to all channels and features in your chosen plan. The trial ends automatically after 24 hours — you won't be charged unless you decide to subscribe.

2. Money-Back Guarantee
If you subscribe to a paid plan and it's not working for you — for any reason — you can ask for a full refund within 24 hours of your initial payment.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the original payment date.
- Refunds apply to first-time purchases only — not renewals.
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
- Processing time is typically 3–7 business days depending on your payment provider.
3. How to Request a Refund

Include your registered email address and approximate purchase date. We process all refund requests within 48 hours of receiving them.
4. Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date. Renewal charges aren't eligible for a refund. To avoid being charged again, cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date. Not sure how? Contact support and we'll walk you through it.
5. Exceptions
There are a few situations where a refund won't apply:
- The request comes in more than 24 hours after the initial payment.
- The account has been suspended due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions — such as sharing credentials or attempting to bypass region settings.
- A chargeback has already been filed with your bank — please contact us directly instead; chargebacks cause delays for everyone.
6. Technical Issues
If you're having trouble — buffering, missing channels, connection drops — please reach out to support before requesting a refund. We fix most issues within minutes. Our team's available around the clock via WhatsApp.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes take effect from the date they're published here. If you subscribed before an update, the terms you agreed to at signup still apply to that subscription.
